RAFA offers four types of yearly membership (July through June) as well as a one-time life membership. Membership dues are:
| Student Member | |
| $15 per year | Student members of RAFA range from elementary school beginners through graduate school students who are pursuing a career in music. |
| Adult Member | |
| $25 per year | Our adult membership includes those who are simply music lovers and perhaps renewing their interest in the flute, through professional flutists who teach and perform in the community. |
| Family Membership | |
| $35 per year | We are always happy to have several members of your family take advantage of RAFA membership! |
| Corporate Sponsor | |
| $100 per year | Become a corporate sponsor of RAFA. In addition to having your advertisement appear in our Tune In newsletter, we will list you on the Sponsors page of our website with a link to your website. |
| Life Membership | |
$400 tax-deductible |

The membership application is available in .pdf format, which can be viewed and printed using Adobe Reader. You can also send us e-mail containing your name and address, and we'll mail you an application.
